We question Job Descriptions to ensure we understand the very nuance of the role and more importantly we capture the desired culture, work ethic and personal characteristics of potential team members. Missing this level of detail can mean qualifying in the wrong people and missing good candidates. This is why understanding what makes our clients ‘tick’, how they run their departments and the problems they’ve experienced in the past is so critical.
